My husband and I both have demanding careers and couldn't devote the time necessary to plan a wedding -- or frankly even the time necessary to manage a wedding planner! We were so relieved when we found Moana Events. We completely turned over the keys to them and they made our vision and more come to life. They were on top of every tiny detail, made it so easy for me to provide feedback, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with how everything was progressing.

I can honestly say that we had ZERO stress planning our wedding. I think I'm the only bride on earth to be able to say that and it is 100% due to Moana Events. They kept within budget and made sure we got the most for what we were spending. Our wedding far exceed all of my expectations. The night was truly magical! Beyond their exceptional wedding planning skills, the women at Moana Events are special people. I had full faith that no matter what happened, they could handle it. Knowing that they had everything under control let me be carefree to whole wedding weekend. I didn't have to worry about a thing. It was such a gift. I look back on the planning period and the wedding with nothing but positive feelings and blissful memories!

My advice to any bride considering hiring Moana Belle Events is this: absolutely go for it, you will not regret it! It was worth every single penny and more. After the whole experience, I felt like they should really charge double for their services!

When Darryl and I started to plan our wedding, he was living in Vancouver, I was living in Singapore and we wanted to invite 250 friends and family from all over the world to celebrate in Maui. It was not a small task and we didn’t know where to begin.

Then we met the team at Belle Destination Events. We went from total chaos and pie-in-the-sky ideas to organized spreadsheets of costs, an itinerary and the best vendors to choose from. Belle didn’t just plan our wedding, they planned an entire week of events that our guests still rave about today. Not only did Belle deliver on the entire week and wedding and keep us within our budget, but they have great taste that allowed me to step back a little bit when I was busy at work and trust them to make some of the decisions.

By the time our wedding day arrived, we felt like a long-time friend who understood us and our style had organized the entire event. Belle truly went above and beyond for us and I can’t recommend them enough. In fact, it was such an incredible, well-planned event for the 250 people that had flown to Maui for our wedding, that we’re already thinking of doing it all over again with a vow renewal :) Belle are the only people who could pull it off! We definitely recommend them as your Hawaii event planner!

Moana Belle is amazing and honestly the primary reason our 4-day Indian wedding in Kauai was as magical as it was. They are the most professional & talented team and we are so happy that they were part of our weekend! We planned three events with the team and honestly, each event was more beautiful than the next. They read up on all the cultural needs of our events – often times asking us questions we didn’t even know were part of a traditional Indian wedding. From the décor, to the logistics, to the food (which was vegetarian at all three events- even accommodating Jain diets), these ladies knew great vendors in Kauai who all were focused on making sure we had gorgeous events & happy guests, which we did!

Most importantly, all the vendors & Moana Belle worked beautifully together to create a seamless experience so there was never a moment where we were hesitant something may go wrong. These ladies are wonderful people and you are truly lucky to have them at your wedding- they’ll not only create a gorgeous experience for you but they will honestly become your friends in the process.”

Moana Belle planned our Big Island wedding this fall. Wow! After working with this amazing team for about a year, I can truly say how professional, creative, and hardworking they are. They went above and beyond to make sure my husband, family and friends had an amazing time.
